West Moreton Health is inviting Assistant in Nursing staff to join a Rural West Moreton health service team. Roles include permanent, fixed-term, temporary part-time and casual opportunities across Esk, Gatton, Boonah and Laidley hospitals, with panels conducted monthly according to service needs.

Qualifications

• Beginning knowledge of contemporary nursing practice under supervision.

The Assistant in Nursing will assist with provision of quality, safe person and family centred care under the direct supervision of the Registered Nurse. Work may be overseen by an Enrolled Nurse

About You

• Beginning knowledge of contemporary nursing practice and the ability to seek assistance to appropriately manage patient-centred care requirements under the direction of the Registered Nurse or Registered Midwife.
• Ability to use clinical information systems relevant to area of practice.

• Ability to resolve issues using a problem-solving framework.
• Honesty, integrity and respect for all patients, carers and staff.
