Job summary

Royal Flying Doctor Service of Australia is seeking Dentists to join our Dental Services team serving rural and remote communities in New South Wales, with positions across Dubbo and Broken Hill. You will provide clinical care in mobile and fixed-site clinics, travel regionally, and work within a multidisciplinary team to improve oral health outcomes.

Qualifications

• Dentist with current unrestricted registration with AHPRA.
• Interest in rural/remote dentistry and public dentistry.
• Strong clinical, diagnostic and communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in varying clinical environments including single chair clinics and telehealth mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality dental care in remote single-chair clinics and Mobile Dental Van.
• Travel across rural and remote NSW to serve communities with limited access to oral healthcare.
• Manage a broad range of dental presentations across diverse patient groups.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to improve rural health outcomes and provide patient-centered care.
