Woorabinda Multipurpose Health Service, part of the Queensland Government, seeks a Medical Superintendent Private Practice to deliver safe, high-quality care for inpatients and outpatients, including 24-hour ED coverage. The role allows private practice from the surgery on Munns Drive while maintaining clinical duties at the service.

Holders of MBBS or equivalent and eligible for AHPRA registration, with FACRRM or FRACGP preferred, will lead across multiple sites with mentoring from the EDMS and

Qualifications

• MBBS or equivalent and eligible for AHPRA registration.
• Fellowship with ACRRM or RACGP is highly desirable.
• Experience across general practice, emergency medicine and aged care.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24-hour emergency department coverage and inpatient/outpatient care.
• Lead clinical services across Woorabinda Multipurpose Health Service and private practice.
• Mentor staff and support professional development for the EDMS.
