Job summary

Far West NSW Local Health District – Broken Hill NSW is seeking a Permanent Full Time Registered Nurse to join our rural health team. The role includes delivering person-centred care, collaborating with the multidisciplinary team, and supporting patients in a remote community.

Qualifications

• Current nursing registration with AHPRA and postgraduate qualification in a relevant field or willingness to undertake.

• Provide safe, compassionate, person-centred nursing care through assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation with the multidisciplinary team.
