Job summary

Darling Downs Health in Kingaroy is seeking a Clinical Nurse Consultant - Clinical Research Coordinator to turn frontline ideas into meaningful research that improves patient care in a rural setting.

You will partner with clinicians to develop projects, coordinate governance and study delivery, and coach staff to build research capability. The role offers opportunities to publish, present, and secure funding for local innovation.

Qualifications

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
• Experience coordinating research, quality improvement or clinical projects.
• Strong organisation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Knowledge of governance, ethics, data management and evidence-based practice.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clinicians to turn ideas into achievable research projects.
• Coordinate governance, study delivery and ensure compliance.
• Build capability in clinicians through coaching and practical resources.
