Job summary

Far West NSW Local Health District in Broken Hill NSW is seeking a Clinical Nurse Educator for a Temporary Full Time appointment until 4 December 2026. The role offers a remuneration of $62.68 to $64.71 per hour plus superannuation, 38 hours per week, and access to a Recruitment Incentive Package up to $10,000.

You will lead, assess, plan, develop, implement and evaluate clinical education programs, advancing nursing and midwifery staff.

• Assess, plan, develop, implement and evaluate clinical education programs to support ongoing professional clinical development of nursing and midwifery staff to maintain quality care outcomes for patients and clients.
• Nurse Educators are highly valued and vital positions within the Far West LHD as they ensure our patients receive exceptional levels of care by advancing the skills of our staff.
• Our ideal candidate will have vast clinical experience and tertiary qualifications in education and training.
