Job summary

The Scots College is seeking a dynamic Rugby - Head of Performance to lead the technical direction, coaching excellence, and performance development of the Rugby program across all campuses in Sydney.

The appointee will personally coach the College 1st XV while developing a College-wide Rugby Performance Curriculum, mentoring coaches, and aligning practice with high-performance standards used in AGGPS/IPSHA competitions.

Qualifications

• Elite/high-performance coaching experience.
• Ability to coach and lead a 1st XV team.
• Proven curriculum design and staff development.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the College 1st XV and oversee Rugby performance.
• Develop and implement a College-wide Rugby Performance Curriculum.
• Recruit, induct, and mentor coaching staff.
• Monitor player development and load management with S&C team.
• Ensure compliance with school policies and certifications.
