IUSCA is seeking a Head of Colts & Pathways Athletic Development to lead the physical preparation for the Colts under-20 and emerging rugby pathway cohorts. You will deliver speed, conditioning and strength programmes informed by athlete development needs and competitive demands.

You will collect and interpret GPS and athlete-load data, inform progression and coordinate rehabilitation with physiotherapy to support return to play and progression toward Grade rugby.

Qualifications

• Lead physical prep for Colts & pathways.
• Autonomous pathway programming for Level 6.
• Includes rehabilitation collaboration with physio.

Responsabilités

• Lead the physical-development planning for Colts and emerging pathway cohorts.
• Interpret GPS/athlete-load data to inform progression.
• Collaborate with physiotherapy on rehab and return to play.
• Help players progress toward Grade rugby.
