Job summary

Eldercare in South Australia is seeking a Registered Nurse for a roving role across Central Adelaide facilities, delivering high‑quality nursing care during night shifts (2300–0715). The role involves working across multiple sites with the roving schedule and potential short‑notice site changes.

You will supervise floor staff, manage complex care, wounds and pain, and partner with residents and families to maintain exceptional care standards. Commitment to learning and development is supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Nursing (or equivalent)
• Current AHPRA registration
• Minimum 12 months’ experience as a Registered Nurse
• Strong clinical knowledge and sound decision‑making skills
• Confidence supervising and supporting staff
• Warm, professional approach with residents, families and colleagues
• Flexibility to work across multiple sites, sometimes at short notice

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality, individualised nursing care to residents including complex care, wound and pain management
• Supervise staff on the floor to ensure quality care and service
• Provide care across multiple Eldercare facilities as part of roving team
