Job summary

Bolton Clarke is seeking a Roving Clinical Operations professional to provide expert clinical care to clients with complex needs across home and community settings. You will mentor clinical and care teams, develop learning materials, and ensure compliance with evolving clinical guidelines.

You will lead quality improvement initiatives, support the Quality Management System, and promote person-centred care while staying current with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare field required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Moderate experience as a registered nurse preferred.
• Registered Nurse Certification is prescribed.
• Proficient in quality care service management and quality improvement.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to the development and implementation of strategic plans for the clinical care team.
• Ensures delivery of integrated, culturally appropriate primary care programs for home and community members.
• Understands residents’ health and life history to provide person-centred care and manage specialised needs.
• Participates in clinical quality improvement projects and provides feedback on the QMS.

About The Role

As the Roving Clinical Operations, you will provide expert clinical care to clients with complex healthcare needs. You will mentor clinical and care team, formulate learning and development materials, understand, and improve clinical best practices to improve the quality of the outcomes. Additionally, you must stay abreast of clinical guideline changes to ensure compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities include:

• Contributes to the development and implementation of strategic plan and strategies for the clinical care team.


• Ensures the delivery of an integrated and culturally appropriate suite of relevant primary care programs that meet the needs of home and community members.


• Understands resident’s health, best practices and life history to provide Person Centred Care and manages their specialised needs while promoting overall wellbeing.


• Participates in clinical quality best practice and improvement projects and provides feedback on the Quality Management System (QMS).

About You

• Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred; Nursing, Healthcare is preferred; Any other healthcare-related discipline or commensurate work experience considered.


• Moderate experience as a registered nurse is preferred.


• Registered Nurse Certification is prescribed.


• Proficient in Quality Care Service Management, Quality Management System, Quality Improvement and Operations Management skills.


• Excellent customer experience, communication, analytical thinking, resilience, and cross functional team working skills.
