Job summary

Rouse Hill Leaf Cafe is hiring an Experienced Barista/Head Barista to join our busy cafe in Rouse Hill, NSW. The role is casual/part‑time with 3–4 days per week (20–40 hours) and weekend availability is required.

Trading hours are Monday–Sunday 8:00am–4:30pm, at our Rouse Hill Town Centre location. We seek someone with minimum 2 years of barista experience in Australia, strong coffee‑making skills, and a friendly, customer‑focused attitude.

Leaf Cafe & Co Rouse Hill has been serving the local community for more than 8 years and is a well‑known café in the area. We are conveniently located in Rouse Hill Town Centre, around a 5‑minute walk from Rouse Hill Metro Station.

Location: GR003, 10–14 Market Lane, Rouse Hill Town Centre, NSW

We are looking for experienced Barista and Head Barista who genuinely cares about making great coffee and enjoys working in a busy café environment.

Position: Casual / Part-Time Barista
Hours: 3–4 days per week, approximately 20–40 hours
More days may be available for the right person, including up to 6 days if requested.
Applicants must be available for at least one weekend day.
