Job summary

Randstad seeks a Production Machine Operator and Forklift Driver for a heavy manufacturing facility in Coopers Plains, Brisbane QLD. The role combines operating high-speed machinery with hands-on forklift duties across a full rotational shift schedule.

You will operate, monitor, and adjust equipment, stage and move heavy materials, perform quality checks, and conduct basic maintenance while following strict HSE standards.

Qualifications

• Current High Risk Work License (LF Class) is essential.
• Experience in machine operation and forklift driving within manufacturing, heavy industry, or warehouse environments.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and adjust high-speed continuous manufacturing machinery.
• Operate LF forklifts to feed raw materials onto production lines and clear finished stock.
• Staging, loading, and unloading heavy or oversized building materials across the yard and plant.
• Conduct quality assurance checks on raw materials and finished products.
• Perform basic mechanical troubleshooting, line clearances, and routine equipment maintenance.
• Adhere to site health, safety & environment standards and zero-harm protocols.
