Qualifications

• Registered pharmacist with current practising certificate (AHPRA or equivalent).
• Experience in clinical pharmacy within a hospital setting preferred.
• Ability to deliver medicines information and education to clinical staff and patients.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clinical pharmacy services across multiple units in STARS.
• Provide medicines information to stakeholders, including patients and staff.
• Support safe and effective transitions of care and participate in multidisciplinary rounds.
