Job summary

Little Zak's Academy in Narellan Vale, NSW is seeking an experienced Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. You will lead learning aligned with the EYLF and National Quality Standards, and support both indoor and outdoor programs while fostering a warm, inclusive environment.

You will observe and document children's development, mentor staff, and collaborate with families to support each child’s growth, with ongoing professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• ACECQA Approved Bachelor in Early Childhood Education.
• Current Working with Children Check.
• NESA Accreditation: Provisional or Proficient.
• Strong knowledge of EYLF and NQS.

Responsibilities

• Ensure learning and development aligns with EYLF and NQS.
• Implement and evaluate programs indoors and outdoors.
• Create a stimulating, positive environment for children.
• Write observations and analyse children's progression and development.
• Provide support to other staff members.
• Monitor staff interactions for EYLF compliance.
• Develop strong relationships with children, and communicate with parents and carers.

We are seeking an experienced Early Childhood Teacher to join our team in our Narellan Vale service.

About the role:

• Develop strong relationships with children, and effectively communicate with parents and carers

About you:

• ACECQA Approved Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education
• Current Working with Children Check
• Outstanding level of verbal and written communication
• NESA Accreditation - Provisional or Proficient
• Strong Knowledge and experience of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standards (NQS)
• Strong computer skills
• Current approved First Aid Certificate
• Current approved Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
