We deliver landslip and embankment remediation projects throughout Greater Sydney and we’re seeking a skilled Rope Access Technician to join our dynamic team.
We carry out high-quality, safe remediation on infrastructure, slopes, embankments and other high-risk terrain. Our remediation methods include rock bolts, soil nails, shotcrete, mesh and anchors. Our team is committed to safety and the maintenance of safe work practices within a culture of care.

Duties Include:
Perform rope access work on remediation projects, including ground stabilisation, anchor installation, mesh installation, shotcrete or grouting works, slope scaling, embankment repair.
Rig, inspect, and maintain rope access systems, anchors, and related safety equipment.
Conduct pre-start, toolbox talks, risk assessments, and manage rescue plans.
Perform work in compliance with IRATA (or equivalent) standards and site safety / environmental regulations.
Assist with setting up safe access routes, edge protection, and site preparation.
Work alongside the broader remediation / geotechnical / civil team; other trades as required.
Maintain records of hours, equipment inspections, and any incidents or near misses.
Current IRATA L3
White Card (Construction Induction)
Driver’s licence and flexibility for regional work
Safety-focused team player
Strong understanding of safety systems, rescue techniques, working at heights, and risk management
A high regard for workplace safety and teamwork
EWP
First Aid and CPR Qualification (can be provided)
Previous experience in remediation, embankment or civil works
Geotechnical rope access experience
