Job summary

SRG Global is seeking experienced Rope Access Site Supervisors to join our team delivering shutdown and maintenance works across tier 1 mining clients in the Pilbara region.

You will supervise rope access crews, oversee safety, coordinate multi-trade teams and ensure compliance with IRATA and site requirements. FIFO from Perth and long-term contracts are on offer.

Qualifications

• IRATA Level 3 qualification (preferred).
• Trade background in mechanical trades (preferred).
• Experience supervising rope access crews.
• Mining industry experience.
• Construction White Card.
• Schedule 26 – Appointed Persons.
• Current Driver’s Licence.
• Ability to pass pre-employment medical.
• Strong computer systems skills and knowledge.
• Management qualification (e.g., Frontline Management) highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Supervise rope access and multi-trade crews on maintenance, shutdown and upgrade works.
• Oversee safe execution of allocated work scopes.
• Coordinate teams and provide safety leadership.
• Ensure compliance with IRATA and site requirements.
• Maintain documentation and reporting as required.

The Role

You will supervise Rope Access and multi-trade crews delivering fixed plant maintenance, shutdown and upgrade works.

Trades on site may include:

You’ll be responsible for overseeing the safe execution of allocated work scopes including team coordination, safety leadership and ensuring compliance with IRATA and site requirements.

Requirements

• IRATA Qualification (level 3 preferred)
• Mechanical trade background (preferred)
• Previous Rope Access supervisory experience
• Mining industry experience
• Construction White Card
• Schedule 26 – Appointed Persons
• Current Driver’s Licence
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical
• Strong computer systems skills and knowledge.
