Job summary

SRG Global is seeking a Rope Access supervisor to lead multi-trade crews on fixed plant maintenance, shutdowns and upgrades at major iron ore sites in Western Australia. You will oversee safety-focused execution of work scopes and coordinate teams in accordance with site requirements.

Qualifications

• IRATA Level 3 certification or higher is preferred.
• Construction White Card is required.
• Schedule 26 – Appointed Persons certification is preferred.
• Mining industry experience is highly regarded.
• Rope Access supervisory experience is essential.
• Mechanical trade background is preferred.
• Valid Driver’s Licence is required.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical is required.
• A management qualification is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Supervise rope access and multi-trade crews for fixed plant maintenance, shutdowns and upgrades.
• Oversee safe execution of work scopes, lead teams and ensure site and IRATA compliance.
