Job summary

Atlas Access Training in Australia is seeking an experienced Projects & Operations Manager to oversee rope access projects, align with IRATA standards and WHS requirements, and lead teams across multiple projects. You will drive objectives, plans and client engagement while ensuring efficient use of resources and safety.

Essential: IRATA L3, White Card, First Aid, Confined Space & Rescue; 1–2 years in a similar role; strong leadership and project-management skills.

Qualifications

• IRATA L3 Certification mandatory
• White Card mandatory
• First Aid Certificate mandatory
• Confined Space & Rescue incl. BA mandatory
• 1-2 years experience in Projects & Operations Manager or similar role

Responsibilities

• Manage technical rope access projects to enable project execution
• Lead teams to achieve customer satisfaction and efficient use of resources
• Identify and implement business improvements and client engagement
• Provide leadership for internal projects across time zones and cultures
• Apply project management principles in daily operations and reporting
• Supervise rope access projects and potential rescue scenarios
• Communicate with stakeholders at all levels and oversee day-to-day operations
