Job summary

SRG Global Ltd is seeking experienced Rope Access Boilermakers to join our team across ongoing maintenance and capital works opportunities in the Southwest.

We are looking for motivated, safety-focused individuals who thrive in a team environment, take pride in their work and are committed to building strong working relationships while developing their skills alongside experienced tradespeople.

Qualifications

• Proven Trade experience in Boiler making/Welding activities
• Ability to pass site & company medical testing requirements
• Validity of Driving License
• Ability to pass 3G & 6G quals
• Working at Heights (within 2 years)
• Confined Space (within 2 years)
• Construction Induction Card (White or Blue card)

Responsibilities

• Proven Trade experience in Boiler making/Welding activities
• Conduct rope access works, ensuring projects run smoothly and according to scope.
• Rope access equipment fitting and pre-use checks.
• (Desirable) High Risk Work License - incl. Rigging, Forklift, EWP etc
• Liaising with the Site Manager/Supervisor regarding any issues

• Ongoing maintenance and capital works opportunities
• Monday to Friday roster, with 40-50 hours per week
• Standard working hours of 6:00 am - 4:00 pm
• Casual employment
• Overtime opportunities, including night shifts and weekends
• Paid site inductions
• Opportunities to work collaboratively within a supportive team environment

The successful applicant will have:
