Mini Masterminds Liverpool is seeking a full-time Room Leader to guide a 2-3 room teaching team. You will mentor educators, support children’s learning, and collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team to uphold high standards of education and care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved).
• Previous Room Leader or leadership experience in an ECE setting.
• Current Working With Children Check (WWCC).
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications.
• Current Child Protection training/certificate.
• Strong knowledge of EYLF, NQF, and NQS.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
• 5+ years in ECE with 1-2 years in leadership preferred.

We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Full-Time Room Leader to join our team at Mini Masterminds Liverpool (79-place centre).

About the Role

As Room Leader, you will lead your classroom team to deliver high-quality education and care while creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment where children can learn and thrive.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you will mentor educators, support children's learning and development, and work collaboratively with the Centre Leadership Team to maintain the highest standards of education and care.

Key Responsibilities

About You

• Bachelor or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved)
