The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Early Childhood, a strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework, and experience in leading educational practices. Employment Type: Full Time (38 hours per week)

Pay: $38.20- $39.35 per hour + hourly Educational Leader allowance + Super

Working closely with the centre leadership team, you'll lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice.

You’ll need

• Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
• Current QLD Working with Children Check
• Experience leading change in education and either a Diploma qualification or ACECQA approved equivalent
