A leading childcare centre in Calamvale is seeking an Educational Leader to enhance educational programs and lead change. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Early Childhood, a strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework, and experience in leading educational practices. The role offers a supportive environment and various perks including discounts on childcare fees and wellbeing days.
Location: Calamvale (located on the traditional lands of the Yuggera and Turrbal people)
Centre: Goodstart Calamvale
Employment Type: Full Time (38 hours per week)
Pay: $38.20- $39.35 per hour + hourly Educational Leader allowance + Super

As an Educational Leader, you'll collaborate with Educators in your centre to observe, review, and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children. You'll deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework. Working closely with the centre leadership team, you'll lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice.
