Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Room Attendant for our Surfers Paradise Resort to maintain high cleanliness standards in guest rooms and public areas.

You will deliver exceptional service, work with the housekeeping team, and ensure guest comfort throughout their stay. We welcome candidates with prior resort/hotel experience, a keen eye for detail, and a flexible schedule including weekends and school holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in a resort/hotel environment is preferred.
• Demonstrated exceptional customer service skills.
• Familiar with resort cleaning standards and hygiene.
• Eye for detail with thorough cleaning abilities.
• Able to multi-task across tasks and areas.
• Willing to work a flexible roster including weekends and school holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and comfort in guest rooms.
• Deliver excellent customer service to guests and colleagues.
• Carry out daily housekeeping tasks as part of the Housekeeping team.
• Ensure hygiene, safety and quality in all assigned areas.
• Support the housekeeping team to maintain efficient operations.

The Position

As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for providing and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness, hygiene and comfort in guest accommodation. Carrying out key daily tasks in the Housekeeping Department and most importantlydelivering a high level of customer service to actively contribute to the company vision of making holiday dreams come true.

• Previous experience in a similar role within aResort/Hotel environment
