We require recent experience in food and beverage service in a luxury environment, a current QLD RSA certificate, and availability across a 7-day roster including PM shifts.

Role Purpose:

We are seeking an enthusiastic Bartender- mixologist extraordinaire for Crystalbrook Vincent's iconic rooftop bar - Fiume. Those who have an unwavering passion and flair for all things Food & Beverage are encouraged to apply.

We can offer weekday through to weekend shifts serving cocktails in one of the most special venues in town. Our exceptional award-winning venue thrives with personality and gastric delights to suit every taste.

Skills and experience:

The position reports to Food and Beverage Managers and work alongside a passionate and supportive team who believe in crafting incredible culinary experiences for all guests.

We take great pride in delivering the very best dining experience in our restaurant. Because of this we are seeking zealous, engaging and professional food and beverage wizards!

You will need to demonstrate:

• Recent experience in food and beverage service in a high-end environment
• A current QLD RSA Certificate
• Availability across a 7 day roster - PM shifts
• A high standard of service and an agile, high-energy personality
• An engaging, confident and guest centric character with a natural drive to provide memorable guest experiences
