Job summary

BuildRight Construction AU is seeking an experienced Roof Plumber to join our Western Australian team on a full-time basis. You will carry out metal roofing installations for commercial projects, measure, cut and fit materials, and interpret drawings to achieve high-quality results.

Applicants must have at least 5 years of roof plumbing experience, White Card, working at heights, EWP license or willingness to obtain, and reliable transport.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of roof plumbing experience.
• Strong experience with metal and commercial roofing.
• Current White Card.
• Working at Heights certification or willingness to obtain it.
• EWP license or willingness to obtain it before starting.
• Ability to provide your own standard battery and hand tools.
• Reliable transport.
• High standard of workmanship.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Carry out installation of metal roofing and associated systems.
• Install box gutters, downpipes and roof flashings.
• Complete wall cladding and related metal roofing work.
• Measure, mark, cut and fit materials accurately.
• Interpret construction plans and technical specifications.
• Complete work to required quality and presentation standards.
• Use tools and equipment safely and correctly.
• Comply with all workplace safety and OH&S requirements.
• Contribute positively to the wider roofing team.
