Job summary
BuildRight Construction AU is seeking an experienced Roof Plumber to join our Western Australian team on a full-time basis. You will carry out metal roofing installations for commercial projects, measure, cut and fit materials, and interpret drawings to achieve high-quality results.
Applicants must have at least 5 years of roof plumbing experience, White Card, working at heights, EWP license or willingness to obtain, and reliable transport.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of roof plumbing experience.
- Strong experience with metal and commercial roofing.
- Current White Card.
- Working at Heights certification or willingness to obtain it.
- EWP license or willingness to obtain it before starting.
- Ability to provide your own standard battery and hand tools.
- Reliable transport.
- High standard of workmanship.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
Responsibilities
- Carry out installation of metal roofing and associated systems.
- Install box gutters, downpipes and roof flashings.
- Complete wall cladding and related metal roofing work.
- Measure, mark, cut and fit materials accurately.
- Interpret construction plans and technical specifications.
- Complete work to required quality and presentation standards.
- Use tools and equipment safely and correctly.
- Comply with all workplace safety and OH&S requirements.
- Contribute positively to the wider roofing team.
