Job summary

O'Brien Plumbing Wyong is seeking an experienced Roof Plumber to join our roofing team in Wyong. Experienced 3rd or 4th-year apprentices will be considered; immediate start available.

We handle metal roofing for domestic and commercial projects with ongoing work and opportunities for progression. The successful applicant should have experience in all aspects of metal roofing, roof repairs, and the ability to complete roof reports and quotes.

Qualifications

Experience in metal roofing across domestic/commercial projects.
Ability to work unsupervised and communicate effectively with customers.
Own general tools and prefer Working at Heights/EWP training.

Responsibilities

Perform metal roofing tasks on domestic and commercial projects.
Complete roof reports and prepare quotes.
Diagnose roof issues and perform necessary repairs (tile & metal).

Job description

O'Brien Plumbing Wyong is seeking an experienced Roof Plumber to join our roofing Team. Experienced 3rd or 4th-year apprentices will be considered also. These positions are available for immediate start.

We undertake all aspects of metal roofing, this includes domestic and commercial buildings, new and replacement roofs along with roof maintenance works. We have lots of ongoing work and there are excellent opportunities for progression.

The successful applicant will be a person that possesses the following skills and attributes:

Has the ability to work unsupervised
Has strong communication skills, the ability to deal confidently with customers, and the ability to work as part of a team
Has had experience in all aspects of Metal Roofing.
Has experience with roof repairs of both tile and metal roofs including re-gutting.
Has the ability to complete roof reports and quotes.
Has experience and skills in roof diagnostics.
Will have own general tools
Will have undertaken Working at Heights and EWP training (preferably)
