Job summary

Mineral Resources Ltd invites experienced operators to join our Heavy Haulage Team on a permanent, full-time basis in Western Australia. You will operate a premium fleet of rockbreakers and ancillary machines, in a close-knit crew supported by state-of-the-art facilities and on-site refuelling.

A 2/1 FIFO roster from Perth is offered with competitive salaries and benefits. You must hold a manual licence, a nationally accredited excavator ticket, and have proven rockbreaker experience in mining

Qualifications

• Hold a current manual driver’s licence.
• Nationally accredited excavator ticket.
• Proven experience operating rockbreakers and small excavators.
• Experience in mining, heavy haulage or similar large-scale environments.
• Strong focus on safety, reliability and quality of work.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Operate rockbreakers and ancillary machines with precision and safety.
• Maintain high safety and quality standards on site.
• Contribute to efficient heavy haulage operations on the project.

Job description

Exciting opportunities are now available to join our Heavy Haulage Team at a new project, You’ll be operating a premium fleet of new rockbreakers and other ancillary machines. Work within a small, close-knit crew backed by state-of-the-art facilities, including new offices and crib rooms, purpose-built undercover workshops designed to reduce dust, a dedicated wash pad, and an on-site refuelling station. We’re offering permanent full-time positions on a 2/1 roster, with flights available from Perth.

About You

We’re looking for professional Operator who bring the right skills, experience and attitude to thrive in our team. You’ll have:

• A current Manual Driver's Licence
• Nationally accredited excavator Ticket
• Proven experience operating rockbreakers/small excavators and other ancillary machines
• Previous exposure to mining, heavy haulage or similar large-scale environments
• A strong focus on safety, reliability and quality of work
• Good communication skills with the ability to work well in a team
• Effective time management and organisational skills
• Unlimited Australian working rights
