Job summary

Stryker Group in Darwin, NT seeks a Robotics Product Specialist to support surgeons and theatre teams with their robotic surgical platform. You will engage in case planning, training, and real-time execution in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Ideal candidates bring healthcare experience, a patient-focused approach, and the ability to educate clinicians while coordinating case coverage and inventory in a hospital environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Allied Health or related discipline as listed.
• 1–2+ years of healthcare, clinical or patient-facing experience.
• Full, unrestricted Australian driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Be in the operating theatre supporting surgeons and healthcare professionals during robotic-assisted procedures.
• Deliver pre-operative case planning by analysing CT scans and preparing patient-specific plans.
• Act as the trusted expert on robotic technology during live procedures.
• Train and educate surgeons, nurses and theatre staff on product applications and best practices.
• Help ensure seamless clinical outcomes through accurate case support, documentation and system management.
• Partner with internal teams to coordinate case coverage, inventory and scheduling.
