Job summary

Stryker Group is seeking a Robotics Product Specialist to support knee and hip robotic procedures on the Gold Coast. You will work hands-on in theatre, assisting surgeons with advanced robotic technology and building clinical expertise in a fast-growing field.

The role involves pre-operative planning using CT data, in-theatre support, on-site education for healthcare professionals, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure effective case coverage and scheduling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a health/science field.
• 1–2 years of healthcare, clinical or patient-facing experience preferred.
• Full, unrestricted Australian driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-theatre technical and clinical support during knee/hip robotics procedures.
• Pre-operative case planning by segmenting and analysing CT data.
• Be primary contact for surgeons and theatre staff during procedures.
• Support day-to-day procedures with readiness in high-pressure clinical environments.
• Train healthcare professionals on product use and surgical applications on-site.
