Allpress Espresso Ltd. is seeking a Production & Distribution Assistant in our Melbourne roastery, Reservoir, to support production, packing and distribution across Australia. You’ll prepare customer orders, move stock, and assist roasting processes while staying on your feet in a fast‑paced team setting.

The role suits someone with warehousing or packaging experience, an eye for detail, and comfort with basic Excel. Forklift skills or licences are a bonus, with a focus on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in warehousing or packaging line operations.
• Good eye for detail and accuracy in stock handling.
• Familiar with basic computer tools like Excel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and pack finished products for dispatch.
• Pack coffee into boxes on the packaging line.
• Check inbound deliveries and log stock movements.
• Assist loading green coffee during roasting processes.
• Keep the roastery tidy and running smoothly.
• Follow health, safety and manual handling procedures.
• Support the team as needed in a dynamic roastery environment.
