Job summary

Downer is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee asphalt, spray seal and road maintenance projects across the Northern Territory. Based out of Berrimah, you will manage project operations end-to-end while contributing to tendering, pricing and customer relationship development.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of asphalt, spray seal and road maintenance projects, ensuring time, cost, quality and safety goals.
• Coordinate resources including labour, plant, materials and subcontractors across multiple projects.
• Contribute to pricing, tendering and contract negotiations to support growth.
• Build, maintain and grow client relationships to drive repeat business.
• Monitor project performance, manage risks and resolve issues for successful delivery.
• Lead and develop project teams with coaching, direction and feedback.
• Promote a strong health and safety culture across all activities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
