Super Gardens is seeking a Roadside Mowing & Brushcutting Team Member to join our Brisbane crew. You will work with a small team to maintain roadsides across council contracts, performing mowing and brush cutting, and ensuring high-quality standards on outdoor sites.

The role suits someone who enjoys outdoors, takes pride in reliable workmanship, and can follow safety protocols. You’ll operate equipment, complete service requests, and may have overtime in warmer months; uniform and PPE are

Qualifications

• Experience with roadside zero turn mowing and brush cutting.
• Valid Manual Drivers Licence.
• White Card.
• ACDC Licence.
• Traffic Management Certification (TMI) is highly regarded.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying conditions and follow instructions.
• Reliable, punctual and capable of working in a team or alone.

Roadside Mowing & Brushcutting Team Member

As a Team Member, you will be responsible for working alongside a team to maintain and enhance roadsides across our various council-controlled contracts within Brisbane.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, has a keen eye for detail, and takes pride in their work.

• Operate various mowing equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain and perform regular inspections on equipment
• Ensure lawns and green spaces are maintained to a high standard
• Complete service requests as required
• Adhere to safety protocols and procedures
• Monday to Friday work schedule with early start and early finish
• Competitive hourly rate
• Uniform and PPE supplied
• Ongoing safety training programs and resources available
• Possibility of overtime in warmer months

What are we looking for?

• Previous experience in roadside zero turn mowing and brush cutting of open spaces
• Valid Manual Drivers Licence
• White Card
• ACDC Licence
• Traffic Management experience highly regarded - TMI Certification (Willing to upskill for the right applicant)
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team and/or individually
• Be punctual and reliable
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions ranging from hot summer days to cooler winter months
• Strong work ethic and commitment to completing tasks efficiently and to the highest standards
