Roads Infrastructure Coordinator - Noosa Council

Noosaville Depot | Permanent Full Time

$118,806 base + 12% super + 17.5% leave loading ($134,854 package)

We’re looking for a skilled Roads Infrastructure Coordinator to take charge of road maintenance and construction projects that shape our community, protect our unique “look and feel,” and ensure Noosa’s infrastructure continues to meet the highest standards.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead and inspire multi-disciplined civil operations teams
  • Oversee road reseal, resurfacing, reconstruction and drainage programs
  • Manage budgets, contractors, and grant-funded projects (e.g. Roads to Recovery, TIDS)
  • Drive service excellence, safety and productivity across all works
  • Provide expert technical advice to stakeholders, elected members and the community

About you:

You’re an experienced civil engineering or infrastructure professional with a proven track record in road maintenance, project delivery and asset management. You know how to balance technical know-how with leadership, motivating teams, solving complex problems, and delivering projects on time and within budget. With strong stakeholder engagement skills, a tertiary qualification in civil engineering (or similar), a White Card and C Class driver's licence, you’re ready to step into a role that makes a visible impact every day. RPEQ and road safety or asset management qualifications will be highly regarded.
