Job summary

Infrastructure Business Growth Pty Ltd on the Gold Coast is seeking a site engineer to support a major road project spanning earthworks, drainage, pavements and bridges. You will prepare work packs, coordinate surveys and inspections, and ensure ITPs are signed off on schedule.

You will work with a team of engineers and supervisors, have Australian experience, hold a current construction induction card and a valid driver's license, and bring knowledge of MRTS specifications, RFIs and ITPs.

Qualifications

• Degree in civil, construction or transport engineering.
• Contractor-side site engineering experience on roads, bridges or major civil works.
• Current construction induction card and valid driver’s licence.
• Experience on TMR projects and MRTS specifications.
• Experience with work packs, RFIs and ITPs.
• Australian experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare work packs and set-out information for earthworks, drainage, pavements and bridge works.
• Coordinate survey, service proving, geotechnical inspections and environmental hold points.
• Check materials, compaction testing, line and level, and sign off ITPs.
• Plan short-term programs and ensure labour, plant and materials are on site when needed.
• Track quantities, production and subcontractor progress with the site team.
