Qualifications

• Experience in regulatory, compliance or operational environment.
• Attention to detail and data integrity across multiple systems.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Current Australian driver's licence.
• Willingness to work outside standard hours and travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Assess Road Occupancy Licence applications ensuring safe, efficient operation of the road network.
• Provide advice and respond to enquiries from internal and external applicants.
• Maintain records, databases and application information within a high-volume environment.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, customers and external partners.
• Contribute to initiatives that improve the efficiency, consistency and quality of assessment processes.
• Apply established procedures to support timely and informed decision-making.
