Job summary

Fulton Hogan is looking for a Road Worker based in the Ouyen region to support critical road maintenance and resurfacing across the Loddon Mallee region. You will join a safety‑driven team and contribute to long‑term infrastructure performance.

Responsibilities include vegetation control, pothole repairs and operating mobile plant near live traffic. Must hold a White Card and MR licence; overtime and call-outs are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Hold a White Card (Construction Induction) and a valid MR licence.
• Experience in road maintenance or infrastructure is beneficial.
• Willing to work overtime and call-outs.
• Commitment to safety standards.
• Available for weekend work.

Responsibilities

• Undertake vegetation control, graffiti removal, pothole repairs and sign maintenance
• Operate mobile plant and equipment safely and efficiently
• Carry out road construction and maintenance works near live traffic in a safe manner
• Participate in toolbox meetings and daily pre-starts
• Complete risk assessments and project-specific data capture/documentation
