WorkPac is hiring for a frontline road maintenance and civil labouring role in Melbourne. The position involves pothole repairs, patching, asphalt works, loading/unloading, and on-site housekeeping as part of a safety-conscious crew.

Immediate start available. Valid HR licence and traffic management tickets are required. Prior road maintenance or civil labouring experience is preferred, and reliable transport with good attendance is essential.

Responsibilities

• Supporting road maintenance and minor civil works.
• Pothole repairs, patching, and asphalt/bitumen works.
• Loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment.
• General labouring and site housekeeping.
• Assisting with line marking preparation and basic repairs.
• Conducting basic plant and equipment pre-start checks.
• Working as part of a crew to ensure works are completed safely and on schedule.
• Following all site safety procedures and requirements.
