Job summary

Victoria Police in Notting Hill is seeking an intelligence professional to support road policing investigations. The role focuses on collating and reporting on telecommunications data, geospatial analysis, and profiling persons of interest to aid fatal collision investigations.

You will produce visual aids and reports for statewide operations and collaborate with regional partners, with National Vetting requirements and court readiness.

Qualifications

• Experience in the intelligence or related field with ability to collate, evaluate and report on information and data.
• ArcGIS mapping software and SAS experience is highly desirable.
• Ability to interpret and present data analyses clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide intelligence in support of fatal collision investigations.
• Analyse telecommunications records and map road related data.
• Produce intelligence reports to support statewide highway patrol and heavy vehicle operations.
• Engage with regional stakeholders and share information with NHVR.
• Prepare visual aids for use in judicial processes.
