Job summary

VINCI in Perth is seeking an experienced Supervisor to lead field construction activities on a drive-in drive-out 5:2 roster. You will oversee self-performed and subcontracted works across an allocated area, ensuring safe delivery on time, within budget and to the required standard.

Reporting to the Project Manager and working with the engineering team, you will plan, coordinate and supervise crews, plant and subcontractors, and ensure compliance with WHS, environment and quality requirements on

Qualifications

• Experience delivering civil infrastructure projects.
• Experience supervising employees, plant and subcontractors.
• Current C-Class Driver's Licence and own transport.
• Certificate III or IV or relevant trade qualification.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities across allocated work areas.
• Plan labour, plant, equipment and subcontractor requirements.
• Monitor works against safety, environmental and quality requirements.
• Lead pre-starts, toolbox talks and planning meetings.
• Monitor costs, budgets and earned value information.
• Coach employees in safe work practices and project requirements.
