Job summary

Amplar Health Home Hospital is expanding its Transition Care Service in Adelaide, offering Registered Nurse roles in a sub-acute setting outside the hospital. You will deliver high-quality patient care, coordinate services within a multidisciplinary team, and support recovery journeys.

Opportunity to work on a 7-day rotating roster (mornings, afternoons and nights) with minimum 0.6 FTE, in Adelaide’s CBD or Walkerville.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Hold current First Aid and CPR certificates.
• Hold a South Australian Working with Children Check and National Police Clearance (or are willing/eligible).
• If successful, willing and able to provide proof of up-to-date vaccinations.
