Job summary

Amplar Health Home Hospital's Transition Care Service is expanding, creating opportunities for Enrolled Nurses to grow their careers while maintaining and building clinical skills. We welcome ENs seeking variety and patient-centred care in a sub-acute environment.

Join a supportive team led by an experienced Nurse Educator, with a 7-day rotating roster (mornings, afternoons, nights) and options for full-time or part-time (minimum 0.6 FTE).

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience as an Enrolled Nurse.
• Experience with wound care management.
• Current CPR certificate.
• South Australian Working with Children Check and National Police Clearance or willingness to obtain.
• Vaccination proof if successful.
• Agency acute care experience encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patients' progress and report changes to the multidisciplinary team
• Contribute to care planning and patient assessments
• Support activities of daily living and administer medications

Amplar Health Home Hospital is continuing to expand its Transition Care Service (TCS), creating exciting opportunities for Enrolled Nurses looking to grow their careers while maintaining and building their clinical skills. We are seeking Enrolled Nurses to join the team on a full-time or part-time basis (minimum 0.6 FTE).

About you

• 1 year + experience as an Enrolled Nurse
• Experience in wound care management
• Hold a current CPR certificate
• High attention to detail with a patient focused approach
• Hold a South Australian Working with Children Check and National Police Clearance (or are willing and eligible to obtain)
• If successful, willing and able to provide proof of up-to-date vaccinations
• Nurses with agency experience in acute care are encouraged to apply
