Job summary

Amplar Health Transition Care Service in Adelaide is seeking Registered Nurses to provide hands-on patient care during the recovery and transition phase. You’ll work with a multidisciplinary team, deliver high-quality care and help patients move safely to their next stage of care.

The role supports a seven-day rolling roster across mornings, afternoons and nights, with opportunities for permanent full-time or part-time positions in the Adelaide area.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ nursing experience.
• Unrestricted AHPRA registration.
• Current First Aid and CPR.
• SA Working with Children Check and National Police Clearance, or eligibility to obtain them.
• The ability to meet vaccination evidence requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality care across a broad mix of clinical presentations.
• Support patients through recovery and transition.
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Assess, escalation and respond to changes in clinical condition.
• Use technology to support contemporary care.
• Contribute your experience by mentoring and supporting others.
• Continue developing your own clinical capability.
