Job summary

Sutherland Hospital & Community Health Service in the Sutherland area seeks a Registered Nurse for its Cardiology ward on a contract basis up to three months, with a full-time roster across days and nights. You will care for patients with acute and complex cardiac conditions in a busy inpatient setting.

The role requires cardiology nursing experience, strong assessment skills, and the ability to respond to cardiac events. AHPRA registration with current BLS/ALS is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months' post-graduate experience in a cardiology setting.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a full rotating roster.
• Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to recognise and respond to cardiac complications.
• Proficiency with cardiac monitoring equipment and interpretation of basic ECG findings.

Job description

Sutherland Hospital & Community Health Service is seeking a Registered Nurse to join its Cardiology ward on a contract basis, with an immediate start and a duration of up to three months. This is a full-time position offering the opportunity to work across a rotating roster, Monday to Sunday, in a specialist inpatient setting where you'll care for patients with acute and complex cardiac conditions.
