Job summary

NSW Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Medical Ward at Sydney/Sydney Eye Hospital on a Permanent Full Time or Part Time basis. The role offers an hourly remuneration of $41.23–$57.88 plus superannuation, with 38 hours per week and an application close date of 8 November 2026.

You will work within a dynamic interdisciplinary team across medical/surgical and emergency settings, delivering person-centred care and participating in ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Must be registered with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
• Recent clinical experience in medical/surgical and/or emergency or perioperative settings.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to work with an interdisciplinary team.
• Proven computer skills and ability to use health information systems.
• Commitment to person-centred care.
