The role emphasizes collaboration with reimbursement specialists and physicians to ensure sustainable funding for treatments.

The successful candidate will have a nursing qualification, RN Division 1 certification, budgeting and funding program knowledge, and strong cross-functional

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare or Nursing; other healthcare disciplines considered.
• RN experience preferred but minimal is acceptable.
• Registered Nurse Division 1 Certification required.
• Proficient in Budget Management, Financial Analysis, Community Funding Programs and Program Management.
• Excellent customer experience, emotional intelligence, analytical thinking, communication and cross-functional teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Plans and delivers direct nursing care for customers with complex needs and addresses gaps or risks.
• Supports budgeting to meet targets and optimal outcomes for the organisation.
• Secures funding for patient therapies with reimbursement specialist and physician involvement.
• Participates in quality improvement, audits and data-driven improvements.
