Job summary

Bolton Clarke is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to support funding processes for residents and clients. You will evaluate physical and financial needs, secure funding for therapies, and contribute to policy development to sustain high nursing standards.

You will work with the reimbursement team to maximise funding opportunities, monitor budget impacts, and participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and service effectiveness.

Qualifications

• RN with experience in Aged Care.
• Knowledge of community funding programs and fee-for-service arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Plans and delivers direct and comprehensive nursing care for customers with complex needs and provides recommendations to address gaps or risks.
• Manages expenditure for resources to meet targets and supports budget outcomes.
• Works with reimbursement specialist and physician to secure funding for therapies; assists with alternative funding searches.
• Participates in quality improvement, audits, and evaluations to ensure adherence to clinical standards and drive improvements.
