ERA Health Research is seeking a Clinical Research Nurse Coordinator I for our Redmond, WA location to manage all aspects of clinical trials with a focus on patient safety and data integrity.

Active WA RN license required, and at least one year of clinical or clinical research experience, plus CPR/BLS certification. The role involves protocol adherence, regulatory compliance, and coordination across teams, with relocation not available and visa sponsorship not provided.

Competenze

• Active, unrestricted Washington RN license required on hire.
• Minimum 1 year clinical and/or clinical research experience.
• CPR/BLS certification or ability to obtain within 90 days.

Mansioni

• Identify objectives, endpoints and outcome measures for a clinical trial.
• Implement protocol per GCP and ensure IRB/IEC approval of study documents.
• Coordinate site initiation visits and train staff on study procedures.
• Maintain SOP alignment with study requirements and manage inventory.
• Prepare and manage subject calendars, sources, and retention materials.
• Complete informed consent, randomization, and enrollment accurately.
• Administer investigational products and monitor patient responses.
• Document adverse events and report to PI/sponsor.
• Educate and communicate with subjects; ensure protocol adherence.
• Schedule monitoring visits and resolve queries promptly.
• Collect, ship, and store specimens per requirements.
