Job summary

Right at Home is seeking a Registered Nurse (Clinical Care Partner) to lead clinical care across Support at Home, NDIS, Private Services and brokerage clients in the community. The role combines hands‑on nursing with clinical leadership, governance, quality assurance, and staff mentoring to improve client outcomes.

Applicants must be an AHPRA-registered RN with at least 3 years post‑registration experience, a valid National Police Check, First Aid/CPR, a current Australian driver’s licence, and

Qualifications

• Current RN registration with AHPRA.
• Minimum 3 years' post-registration nursing experience.
• Current National Police Check.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification.
• Current Australian Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle.
• Vaccinations as required by policy.
• Full Australian working rights.
• Experience in community nursing, aged care, disability services, or primary healthcare.
• Experience with Support at Home, NDIS, private clients and brokerage services.
• TAE certification or experience delivering staff education and mentoring.
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE) or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical assessments and care planning for clients.
• Ensure clinical governance and quality assurance across services.
• Coordinate client reviews and multidisciplinary team input.
• Provide nursing care and support to clients in the community.
• Mentor and coach junior staff and support teams.
• Maintain compliance with organisational policies and legislation.
