Qualifications

• A current AHPRA Registration.
• Qualifications and experience in Nursing.
• Strong organisational, problem-solving and time-management skills.
• Current Australian National Police Check & Working with Children Check.
• Current CPR certificate.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate client needs within their funding model.
• Conduct client care assessments and create care plans.
• Handle information requests, feedback, and general enquiries.
• Allocate and train care workers to match client needs.
• Ensure documentation is accurately completed in Right at Home databases.
