Western Sydney Local Health District at Mount Druitt CAM is seeking a Registered Nurse – Case Manager to deliver safe, patient-centred nursing care within opioid treatment services. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care, support recovery, and provide culturally responsive, non-judgmental care for diverse communities including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

Competenze

• Current Nursing Registration with AHPRA is required.
• Experience in patient case management is essential.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills are needed.
• Ability to liaise within a diverse multidisciplinary team.
• Non-judgmental attitude with patients and carers.
• Knowledge of drug and alcohol dependence and current treatments.
• Must hold a NSW driver's licence.
